Refund processing time

Approved refunds may take reasonable processing time depending on bank, mobile wallet, payment method, or payment channel. We will communicate status through official hotel contact channels.

Why refunds are not always 100%

Confirmed bookings block rooms, staff time, communication effort, and payment verification work. They may also prevent the hotel from accepting other guests for those dates—especially during peak demand.

No-show

  • No-show bookings are non-refundable.
  • If travel is delayed, inform the hotel before 8:00 PM when possible.
  • Room release after 8:00 PM may apply unless late arrival is approved by management.
